This Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy ("Policy") governs the submission of copyright infringement notices and counter-notifications for AR Drawing. In compliance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), specifically 17 U.S.C. § 512, we support copyright holders in protecting their proprietary creative works.

1. Submitting a Copyright Infringement Claim

If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and believe that any content hosted on our service infringes your rights, you must submit a written notification containing all the information required by the DMCA.

Required Information Checklist:

Authorized Signature

An electronic or physical signature of the copyright holder, or an agent legally authorized to act on their behalf.

Identification of Work

Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple works are covered, a representative list.

Exact Location (URLs)

Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, including the exact URL or path on AR Drawing.

Contact Information

Your contact details, including your full legal name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.

Good Faith Statement

A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Accuracy Statement

A statement, made under penalty of perjury, confirming that the details in the notice are correct and that you possess the authority to represent the copyright owner.

2. Submission of Counter-Notification

If material you uploaded was disabled or removed in error, or if you maintain the lawful authorization to display the content, you have the right to submit a counter-notice.

To be processed under the DMCA, a counter-notification must be a formal written statement containing the following:

  • Your full contact details (name, physical address, phone number, and email address).
  • Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, along with its original location on the service.
  • A declaration, under penalty of perjury, asserting your good faith belief that the disputed material was taken down or disabled due to error or misidentification.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the U.S., any judicial district where AR Drawing may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the original claimant.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

AR Drawing takes a firm stance against unauthorized use of copyrighted works. In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we implement a policy to terminate, restrict, or suspend access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or was removed or disabled by mistake, may be held liable for damages, including court costs and attorneys' fees.
